Restaurant To-do

On my restaurant story game I never got the directions on the side to make specific things for extra points. How do I get that. Also, is there a way to be able to sell tile that I replace with a different color? It just stores and can't be sold...

Those To Do quests are given to random players and some may not get them. And unfortunately you cannot sell tiles only replace them with other ones which will store the one you replace.
