how do i get my old restaurant on a new phone????

i just got a replacement phone and i accidently started a new restaurant, is there any way to sign off it, and get my old one back?

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play.
Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information.


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

If your on an Idevice you can transfer the games with the UDID numbers, as long as you don't have a storm8 ID on the new game. Go to TLs website for the link transferring. Any problems and you can't transfer email support@teamlava.com

i have the droid 3, and i had to get a replacement droid 3 today, but i couldnt remember exactly what i had used for my storm id, but now i remember correctly. and when i guessed the first time it was wrong, so it automatically started a new game.

Email support@teamlava.com and give the storm8 IDs asking to have your old games moved to your new device.
