game freezing when trying to open menu, anyone else?

most times i open the menu box to accept free gifts etc the game freezes and i have to reboot my device. Anyone else having this problem?

Try deleting your game and redownloading it.
Also what device (and its version) are you playing on?

Thanks for your quick response, I play on an Android e pad, version 3.2.1.If I reinstall the game will I loose my progress?

No you will not lose your progress , your games are saved on team lavas servers.

Before you do that, check and make sure you have the most current version for your android. Also try clearing your cache and moving your game(s) to your SD.
This will free up some memory on your device.
