Roast turkey and Confusion

Hi! There are some new recipes for Rs like roast turkey... Are they temporary like the halloween recipes? Pls i want to know if i have to hurry up to master them:D and an other question, i can cook plum pudding since i started Rs.. But that's a christmas recipe isnt it? I'm confused:confused:

Roast turkey has been available for a while and should remain.

Plum pudding was not removed with other holiday dishes when they removed holiday stuff prior to Halloween.

Oh ok maybe it was just new for me because of a new lvl or.. I don't knowthought its because of thanksgiving...
