View Full Version : Not Receiving Notifications/Customers Unhappy

I'm not receiving notifications when clothes are done, new messages, or when someone "likes". Please help! Also, after I expanded my shop, the customers are leaving unhappy. I've changed several times & nothing helps.

Make sure you check your settings in the game and under your device . If still notification, email support@teamlava.com so they can look into your game.

Can you post a picture of your shop? When you expand, this can throw off the balance of mirrors, dressing rooms, etc. If you post a picture we can try and help.

Activate notifications in the settings of Fashion story (Main > Settings > Push notifications > clothing ready) and activate them in your device. Is it an iPhone? Settings > Notifications > Look if Fashion is in the list "In notification center" or "Not in notification center" > click on Fashion story and choose the alert style.

Actually, there could well be an issue with the Notifications. E-mail TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com).

I'm having the same problem with nightclub. All settings in phone are on for push notifications drinks ready.

Which device, device version and game version do you have, thanks.
Could try deleting the app and redownloading, your game is safe on TLs server. Also restarting your device may help.
Are your other story game notifications okay?
If the problem persists after trying the above advice or you have tried this email support@teamlava.com giving your storm8 ID, details of the issue you have and the game its occurring on.
