I've blocked the store entrance to purchase all items n planned to open it when all orders done with each items hv more than 1000 stocks. But....today...all items are suddenly gone while the door was still close. What happen??? Only few items left...

Sounds like a quick sell. Did you get coins in return for all your items that are gone?

I've had this happen many times, it is upsetting. I believe the game runs on a timer and may go out of sync, then this happens. It may help to not stay shut for long periods, and run the game regularly ie unblock the door and visit other players. Sometimes it just happens crashing can affect it too, syncing helps if your on an Idevice.

This is generally the result of one of two causes. Either the transaction was never processed by the server due to a sync error (in which case you would not have been charged for the preparation cost), or the items have already been sold due to a temporarily sped-up consumption rate (in which case you've already received the sale cost of the items).
