Icons in bakery name

I'm trying to change my bakery name, and add icons to it but it won't let me. A lot of perople have icons in their name but for some reason I can't.

Anyone else have this problem??

Yes, but for a different reason. I'm on Android and emoji isn't available to me.

I think you need to make sure you download and use emojis. It might not take icons from other fonts/apps.

First, it does cost 10 gems. If you don't have enough, you can't change it yet.

Second, you can't put the Emojis first. It needs to be a letter or number first. I'm not sure if you tried putting a period or other symbol from the regular keyboard first.
