I wonder how can I sell some of my unused wallpaper??

No, you cannot currently sell either floor tiles or wallpaper. But hey, it makes it realistic-you'd never get to sell them really!

It's nice we have different wallpapers in stock already, as we can mix and match with new wallpapers/tiles to create different themes.

I agree, that's one good thing about having saved wallpapers.
