Hi, the Beverly mansion is a limited time offer, only a selected number of players will be able to purchase it.
However, if you did recieve the pop up you should be able to purchase it for 50 gems.
Please let us know, if you have the pop up and the correct number of gems and still are unable to place it, thanks.

Your English is very good, I fear as you're not recieved the pop up. you have not been offered the limited time offer.
This is so unfair for players, when you wish to purchase it and can't. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more.
