Hi, do you mean the time limited offers? These offers are offered to random players, which is a shame.
Did you recieve a pop up for the castle playhouse though?

As barleycoon stated the limited offers are sent out randomly to different players. I have seen where some players did not get pop up but theoffer to buy the castle playhouse showed up under their design tab.
You can check to see if you have one. Design-4th tab over under decorations. Mine is the 5th tab over.

but it didnt pop up n cant find it in design tab too :(

I quite puzzled why it is randomly offer?
Is there any particular reason? Technical reason?
Coz the word randomly used here will equal to not fair.
Is it possible for you to share it?
