Storing Expired Items.

I have now noticed that material requests are stored in the gift section which is great but I have been buying special items that after a few days don't have a home in the store anymore. Like Farm Story it would be good to have a inventory but in the meantime I need space and I'm scared of storing my expired items then going back to look for them and it not being there. Especially since the items I have are no longer for sale. Has anyone stored this type of item and if so have they managed to find it or do they lose it completely. And is it stored in the gifts or the bit where u buy stuff.

it gets stored where you buy stuff, in the appropriate category. Like if it was a mirror it would be stored in the wall deco.

Are they expired though. Or can you still buy them. It's the stuff that's no longer for sale that i am worried about losing.

they shouldnt disappear unless theres a bug. just store them and you can report it if they disappear

You won't be able to buy more then you have stored, but you can store without fear. I have some items that are no longer available, and have stored them many times.

If the items are no longer available for purchase, then you can't buy anymore, but you can safely store any item in the Storage and retrieve them later when you need them.
