please can someone tell me if you leave tips on tables without moving them how long will they stay there for ! or after weeks do the automatically get removed 

I'm not sure how long they stay, but after awhile they do get removed automatically if the game is not being played by that player.

I believe it's about every 3-4 weeks, based on some of my neighbors that have quit playing. I'm not completely sure though. And certain types of maintenance can wipe them out as well.
