No Free Gem Offers

Hi Teamlava,
Many of my friends get the pop-up that tells them to download certain games and Free Gems Re rewarded, well im not one of those people and i never get the pop-up, i would love to get free gems by doing this but i cant.
P.S. Before you ask, i deleted then re-downloaded the app but still nothing,
Game : Restaurant Story
Storm8ID : MW3Champ
Device : Ipod 4th Generation 32 Gigabytes
IOS : 4.3.4
Game Version : I always update so i have the latest version, not sure what the numbers for the version are cuz dont know where to check...

IOS devices downloading from Itunes are not offered free gems for downloading other games.
Your friends may be playing on android devices which still are offered free gems for downloading other games.

I think because it's against Apple restrictions...complain to Apple:p!
