Game missing from my phone!

I opened up my Bakery Story on my phone and it was a brand new game, not my original game. Please help.

Have you transferred from another phone at all?

If you are trying to play your old games on a new phone, you will need to transfer your old games to your new phone:

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play.
Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information.


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8

If this is your current phone you have been playing on try restarting your device. If you still have a brand new game, you will need to email support@teamlava.com
and tell them what has happened Give them your game and your storm ID.

Actually this happened to me one night. I went in and all my games started over! Of course here comes the panic attack!!!
I has just sent an email to support, when I got one back from them..(I thought now that was quick!!).
It turns out that support had just been in my game fixing an issue so for the small window, I think they had my games while they were working on my issue.
They told me just to restart and bang my games were back..
