hello dear neighbors

see my wife has a used 3g on the iphone was already restourant it.
now how do I get the previous owner of the cellphone so I can reinstall it and my wife can play the game from the start.

If she got a refurbished phone that contains another users game, you would need to contact support@teamlava.com Give them the device and version, and the information (games, the IDs on there, and the levels).

okay I UDID from the old iPhone did not and what I can do there now?

You can contact support@teamlava.com Give them any information about her old phone and games. They will ask questions, then will be able to transfer it over :)
