I cant find groovy deliver box items :((

i saved up my gems.
And when i finally got 24 gems,
I purchased the groovy delivery box.
How come i dont see the groovy delivery box items?
I think this is the second time that this has happened.
I bought the magic box before but never got the items.
Please please help me.

Did you get a pop up saying that you won an item?

I would restart my device, and double check my inventory, just to make sure if it was there. Also, if it was a decoration, it could be in the decorations tab, so check those as well. If that pulls up nothing as well, then definitely go ahead and email teamlava about this issue.

Also check you closet for any new items. Some items from the box will be for your avatar.

You should've received a pop-up that announced which item you received and where you can find it. A lot of players do tend to hurry and skip this pop-up, so just send us an email and we'll tell you exactly which item you got and where to find it in the game.
