Cash register locked

I had to re-download my app & now I'm getting a pop up that says my cash register has been locked. I'm not able to sell or collect any money from the inventory I already had available. How do I unlock the register? Please help!!

Is it saying your cash register is blocked? If so make sure you do not have anything in front or back of the cash register and your sales person has a place to stand.
Sometimes when you redownload, items may move in the game. If you cannot see anything , try and post a picture here of your store.
