can you reset my acount to lvl0?

my brother give me this iphone and i see this game "bakery story" i try to play this game and it is fun..but i want to play this from the start.because its already lvl 10 wen i start..can u reset this from lvl12 to lvl 1?please

The game can't be reset. You can transfer the existing game to another device and then you'll be able to start over.
