Gems box blank and can't purchase gems

I have not been able to buy gems on my iPad for two weeks now. When i get the pop up to buy Griffin i then click on "buy" and then it takes my to the first pop up box, just sends me in circles. When I click on the gem icon of the top of the game the gems box opens but it is empty. I don't get an option to buy like I used to. I have written to team lava support, deleted and reinstalled app and still nothing. Does this have to do with the new iOS 5 upgrade? Please help! I am a player that will actually buy gems so Team Lava please fix! Thanks!

I am also having a Gem purchase problem, when I'm in the enhancement to add gems I click add then it takes me to a blank screen with no options to purchase any gems., I've been having this problem for several months now, please is there any other way to purchase gems this has been left blank for me for a long time now..i'm using an Ipod touch
