Mastery not leveling up

Ihave noticed that some of my foods are not leveling up in mastery. They are Hawaiian BBQ, kalua pig, eyeball stew, root beer float, are just some of the ones that are stuck between level never reaching level 4. I have uninstalled my game and reinstalled but it does not help. Other foods are leveling up just fine. I have sent an email to team lava. Has anyone encounter similar problem?

The golden utensils is part of the collectibles in the game and since TL slowed the collectible rate it does take a lot longer to gain the golden utensils.
