How many levels are there??

I'm at level 93 and thought that levels maxxed out at 96. However, I was just informed that 10,000,000 XP would take you to level 97. Is this true? What is the highest level achievable, and what does it take to obtain it?

Also, why are there no more expansions offered after level 76?

if you look at the thread that I linked, you will see that someone made it.

(Whether that person reached the level by legitimate means is not clear and wasn't really discussed in the thread. But I have my doubts.)

XP is the only way to level up. How can you level up illegitimately?

By somehow hacking the game to get more XP. I don't know how or if he/she did it. However, I believe that discussing hacking on the forums is not allowed so I will stop talking so that this thread will not be locked.
