I have a few problems... please HELP??

Hi everyone,

I started playing Fashion Story 5 days ago and I'm bumping into a few problems and hope anyone here can help me out:

1) Customers don't come any further than the entrance and then leave with a green clock above their head. What does this mean?
2) I accidentally "stored" one of my fitting rooms and dress mirrors; is there any way that I can undo this action and get them back?
3) I need more dress mirrors, but when I go to "design" I can't seem to find them. Can anyone tell me where to find them?

1) If I'm not wrong, the green clock means not enough items, or do not have an item they want. And maybe they do not have enough space to walk to the items they want.
2) Your stored items will be under the design tab.
3) Mirrors are under the flower pot tab (4th) in the design tab.
