in September my restaurant story app stopped working. and hasn't worked since. I have played this game for months and need something to happen. either, restart me all over or fix this problem!!!!

using an HTC my touch and mobile connection. I have the newest update since i have reinstalled the app multiple times

I believe I was level 43 and my restaurant was called tatas. my storm id is rita collins.

Email TL support. Hopefully they can restore your account via your game ID. Your information should still be stored on their servers.

what should i say? because every time i've tried to email them they havent helped me AT ALL

Give them your device and version number, the games and versions that you're having problems with, your ID (screen name here), and a description of what's happening. If it's different between the games, list them separately, but on the same email. You should receive an automated response shortly after that. If it asks you for more info, reply back to it, don't create a new email.

Try System Restoring Youre device, if stilk doesent work email support@teamlava.com

I don't know if i should do that - can't i loss a bunh of data. I just know last time i did a system restore i messed my phone up

When you send us an email, make sure you provide more information than just "my restaurant story app stopped working." Be sure to include details, like any error messages, or what you see on the screen, etc. The more info, the better.
