Broken Hearts

Hi, I am new to this game just started this week and I am noticing that everytime one of my shoppers is thinking "dressing room" she automatically goes to a broken heart. I have one store on my phone and one on my ipad and they are both doing it. At first its all happy hearts and then they stop being happy and leave. I have nothing blocking any of my dressing rooms. Is anyone else experiencing this or know how i can fix it?
