Halloween servings

I noticed in the last week that I have a huge amount of servings of Gravestone Brownies. Last night it showed 35,400 or so and this AM without baking anymore, it is 36,933!! Hasn't gotten below 34,000 in a week. Candy Corn Coffee shows 24,320 servings. One plate of pumpkin cookies shows 14,243 while another shows 238. I am concerned because # of servings goes up without cooking. What else if anything is off?

I've been monitoring my BS rates and plate count, and all plate counts are decreasing as expected.

I find that some of my counter foods sell faster than others. I think it depends on how the counters are placed. Usually my counters behind other ones always have more food, so I will switch my counters around(do not store them with food on them), then I will see those those counters start to sell.

Maybe the different rates are different for the different platforms.

In a period ending last night, for my 17 counters the rates were about the same regardless of where they were placed. I saw a difference of a most 61 plates in about a 3 day period.
