That would be great. I have over 14 million and everything I want costs gems. But I'm on level96 and can't go any higher. Oh well. It'd be nice to trade coins for gems. It d keep us in the game.

Team Lava are extremely generous with giving us gems for ranking on levels,badges,collectables etc.
We get some adorable items for coins too,I am going to redesign my bakery and spend lots of coins,I might buy some large items for extra XP too.I really love the new pink chairs for coins as well.
