i have 21 appliances in restaurant,
after i transfer my account from iphone into adroid,
the max applance is still 18,
can i refund my 3 extra appliances back?
itsnt fair with android player..

I think that's a very valid reason to get a refund, but I'm not a TL employee.

I would email support@teamlava.com and explain your situation.

This is a great question! Ny guess is, and yes this is just my guess, that when your transfer to android is complete you should still have the extra appliances that you purchased but will not have the option to purchase more appliances until android receives that feature! I would check with GM and/or TL support though just to be sure! Good luck and please post back and let us know the answer.

i have sent an emal to TL too,
but they just sent me back a ticket,
dont know i need to wait how long to get my answer orz...
i have been waited for 3 days already

If you do not hear back within 5 working days(do not included weekend) then reply back to your ticket email to check on the status.

This is a great question! Ny guess is, and yes this is just my guess, that when your transfer to android is complete you should still have the extra appliances that you purchased but will not have the option to purchase more appliances until android receives that feature! Really? That seems weird... When the feature comes out on Andriod, I would ask again if you could get them, as that isn't fair.

That is truly unfortunate, but that seems to be what comes with the territory when dealing with tl and their treatment of the android platform. :(

So, xmagicleox, at some indeterminate time in the future you will be allowed to, once again, enjoy the fruits of your purchase. Until then, however, you paid for it but you can't use it and, somehow, TL doesn't see anything wrong with that.

IMO, an honorable enterprise would refund you the gems and remove the extra appliance slots when you migrated knowing that you paid for or earned those gems and that you would probably spend them anyway, maybe even on those extra slots if/when Android finally gets them.

But hey, that's just me, right?

Yes, its unbelievable.

However, some iOS users got the promotional price of 24 gems for each new appliance slot, and others got the regular price of 50 gems. If xmagicleox was able to buy them at 24 gems, he might want to keep them. It wouldn't surprise me that by the time the feature is released to Android, the promotional price is discontinued. This is assuming it will be released to Android in the near future, of which there is no indication.

I never thought it was fair to have different prices for the same item, especially gem items, but this seems to be standard practice with TL. And I can't believe they won't refund his gems.

Wow that is really unfair that TL would not give you a refund. Just another time that Android users get screwed over. Also since there is no time frame for Android users it could be a year before we get any of those iOS updates. :(

We all do. There hasn't been an Android update for Restaurant Story in 3 months. And other games have been waiting longer.

yes,seem that iphone's player are more inportant :(
