Farm story....can't buy gems

I was going to purchase some gems this morning and when I go to the purchase gems screen, it is blank. Are there issues, or is my app fubar?

I believe others have had problems, which device do you play on.
Sometimes deleting the app and then re downloading may help,your game is saved on TLs servers.
So you won't lose any of your game,I've had problems,but it was ITunes problem.
