Where are some items I am supposed to get when I reach levels?

I am mow on level 38 but I can not find some items it said I can now buy. I was supposed to be able to purchase bunny slippers and pj pants at one level and and emerald necklace and shoes and one more thing I cant recall at my current level!!! Where are they!!??
