I am using RS on an ipod touch. iOS4 or 5. It seems like every time I obtain the number of neighbors needed to expand, that option disappears. Today I worked to get 10 friends to expand my restaurant and when I looked for that option, it had disappeared. I should have been able to expand to something like 13 x 16. Please help!!!!!!

When you get the amount of people, you then unlock the ability to buy with coins. You must still pay the coins.
