Star rating dropping

I'm finding my star rating has been dropping really fast over the last few days. Is anyone else having this problem? I have 50+ neighbours and when I'm tipping most of them daily it is usually enough to keep me above 4 star, but the last few days everytime I log back on I'm back to 3 stars and it isn't reaching 4 star from just my neighbours. Have the levels changed, or the time limits reduced between ratings dropping? Thanks

I find levels drop quickly on my bakery .
then in resturant yet I have the same amount of neighbours
in both stories

The Star Rating system hasn't been changed. Maybe some of your tips didn't go through due to sync issues? This happens to me sometimes, so I have to re-tip the same neighbor again.
