how many gems did you already loose by mis-tapping????

i am asking this because for some reason i always mis-tap in bakery, i have level 96 and mastered everything except for some muffins, only bought 4 or 5 hart tables , spend i think 10 gems on building icemakers, thats it, and what is my gem ammount? well 5 louzy gems because i tapped on the expansion for 40 gems by mistake and further i have some stupid surpisebox items which i don t want to have, because also in that place my fingers are to quick so please can we have a confirm option ARE YOU SURE????:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I've never lost any (except if you count reviving French Toast in RS because I thought it was Lobster, but that was my fault and not due to tapping:eek:), but obviously an On-Off or perhaps a confirm would be good:).

Didnt lose any on Bakery so far but lost 62 gems on Fashion. i was remodeling and accidentally tapped the box :( and I accidentally tapped too fast when i was trying to close a popup. Wasted 14 gems on avatar items i didnt want due to excessive tapping. a confirm button sure would be nice...

On bakery story I lost a 100. I was goning to expand for 40 gems but tl says I hit the buy 100,000 points for a 100 gems. Now I had around 300,000 points before this happened. I wrote tl and they wouldnt do anything. You know anyone in their right mind wouldnt trade gems for coins!

Some people may.
And the main reason they have a blanket on refunds is probably because people could get a box item they didn't like and keeping sending "mis-tap" claims. It would defeat the purpose of the system of boxes.

I just lost 24 gems!!!!! I was saving up and had 26! But because of all these stupid random popups I ended up clicking one of those boxes and got the worst prize!!!! Now I'm down to 2 gems!!!! TWO!!!!! I was so angry I didn't even want to play anymore.

I just lost 5 an hour ago, but I've lost a bunch before in RS and BS. Once I accidentally clicked "finish now for 5 gems" on an item that took 1 minute to cook; was so mad.

we should at least get 2 situations where we can ask TL and have it returned to count for actual mistakes - everyone gets 2 chances to get gems returned, the rest is just lost. It could be a fair balance and make customers happy

I lost some by buying coins...ugh I had over ten million at the time..I didn't need them obviously and no help with teamlava it truly was cuz I set my phone down and my cat steeped on it lol also instant cooked by mistake so 15 total for me..still sux though...I have had items bought though that r gone forever that I bought with gems and coins...no help with that either...but hat was a while ago and has not happened since last spring...I still say bad customer service with teamlava...I'm sure they hate me...they put up with me cuz I m currently injured and spend a lot of time on this game so I spend a lot of money...

I just lost some in the pop up for Fashion story to recover expired items. Before it used to be on the right the "let expire" and this morning it was on the left! But now they magically removed the pop up... so that seems kind of fishy!!!!!!

I've done that a total of three times. I am pressing the x, but somehow it gives me an extra catalog. A confirmation is not going to happen, I don't think.

I was dressing my avatar, swiping here n there and with a slight tap, BAM I accidentally bought some Gladiator Heels and lost 8 gems. I will stop buying gems until TeamLava fixes this!
