Use your creativity to give your city a Halloween makeover for a chance to win some awesome prizes. 3 creative entries from each game will win City Cash prizes! Post a screenshot of your Halloween-themed city in this thread to enter this contest.

When:
Deadline is 11:59PM PDT on October 31, 2011.
