I accrued enough Gems to purchase the Faux Fur Box. Well, you took my Gems and I got NOTHING IN RETURN! NOTHING!!!! I want my Gems back or my stuff! This game has turned into a RIP-OFF!

No Pop-UP, Nothing New! But, it did take away 24 Gems that I worked really hard for! I want them put back onto my account.

May you have accidentally tapped the extra slot for clothing orders at all, I did this the other day.
If your not sure you need to email team lava and give as much info as possible, and your storm ID.
They will be able to tell you what happened. Email support@teamlava.com

Give them you storm ID the game and the box your purchased and the day it happened. Tell them that you never received any pop up or any new items from the box.
They will be able to look into you game.
