cant buy gems :(

I have posted this before and many told me to wait until teamlava fixes the bugs and such, its been awhile and i still cant purchase gems on my asus eee pad tranformer tabet. Its running android..but when i try on my phone htcsensation which is also an android its perfectly fine. Can someone please help me with this. Ive been wanting gems for awhile now the error that pops up when i buy gems is

A server error haas occured, please retry or cancel and return to the previous screen.

I play bakery, resturaunt and fashion all 3 have the same error. Please help :(

You can email support to transfer or you can try to transfer yourself.

Note that you can only play one set of team lava games on one device. You cannot have two different bakery games on one device.
