I don't know and I have any yet.

You have to buy items from the design tab but since they dropped the collectibles rate, I'd be prepared to spend a lot of coins (or gems) to get even a few flowers and even then, it's not likely to be the rare one you need to complete a line. Even before they decreased the collectibles rate, I wasn't getting that many flowers and still have never gotten the rare one.
