Major problem with restuarant please Help

Hi all my partners having major problems with her restuarant. None of the customers are able to enter. there is nothing blocking the door and the door opens successfully. but it just glitches and they cant come in. i have tryed restarting the app still got the same problem please can someone help with this. storm id Miss_sugar

Make sure nothing is blocking the podium and you have a hostess and there is a clear pathway to the tables. If you can post a picture here that will help.

No there is nothing blocking the door what so ever as you can see from the pic above thats as farr as they get and stop

Thanks for your help sorted now the podium was there but a chair was abit to close to it and for some reason the game didnt like it lol. moved the chair and sorted the problem.
