Merchandise lost

While re-decorating the store I moved the racks to the center of the store. All my racks and tables are now empty! The merchandise disappeared! Where did it go? I want the merchandise or money back!

have your restarted your device?

did you exit out of the design mode after moving everything?
did you store the racks and tables when you were decorating?

If u store a rack or table the merchandise will be lost

I had the same problem and I have not gotten a response from TeamSupport.

Someone mentioned on another thread that this happened to her,, but when she tapped her tables, the items appeared again.
