I have been playing restaurant story and bakery story for quite a while now
and am appx lev 100 on both. These games have stolen gems from me over and
over through 'glitches'. Even though I know I 'really' did nothing wrong, I
blame it on myself, because i cooked food instantly when I didn't mean to,
but that's only because sometimes the connection is slow, and it has to
'catch up' to what I'm doing. It's stupid, and it angers me, because I work
so hard to amass the gems, and suddenly I'm down 6 or 12 gems for no reason
whatsoever and I can never purchase the things I'm trying to earn. I often
think it's intentional on your part to set up 'glitches' to make me have to
purchase gems, which I refuse to do.Today, however, I had gems taken from me
for no reason. I bought a tile for Restaurant Story. A 'Mexican' tile, for
1500 coins. Suddenly the game glitched and this popped up and that popped
up, and then the game was telling me, congratulations I earned a silver
medal or something for spending gems. I don't WANT a medal! I didn't SPEND
any gems! I used 1500 COINS and I LOST 20 gems!!! I'm so mad, I can't
believe this happened again. Please replace them.

For that instance, you will need to email support@teamlava.com Give them your game name, ID, device and it's version, your game version, and what you said here. You should receive an automated reply shortly afterwords. There are a few issues with the games right now, so it may take them longer to respond then normal. But they do read every email, and should be able to look into your game to see what happened.

There's no point in contacting support, you're not going to get your gems back. This company only cares about making money.
