Fashion story missing wall & floor

I have 2 Fashion Story games where the walls and floor are gone:
iPod touch 4.3.5 MC544C ID- dmv350z
iPad 3.2.1 MC349C ID- DDbistro
The iPad game I have been Playing for a year & I have used well over a hundred gems decorating it, if we do not get our wall and floors back It will cost me close to $100 to replace everything.. This can't be right?! I have pics of my store before the crash! Please let me know what is happening.
