Restaurant Story Game Bug: Restaurant is distorted, missing wall, door, tile

Please refer to the picture attached. The restaurant is totally distorted.
I am deeply upset and extremely disappointed by game fault. I have spent so time and effort to upkeep the game, and yet end up with this bug.

Please revert to this thread within 4 hours, with a proposed solution to recover the game back to normal status.

Here is a list of defects.

1. Door is missing
2. Tiles are missing, the floor turned green.
3. Both sides of the wall are missing, wall turned brown.

My game details are as follows.

You should have your door back, and have been credited 50 gems. Try restarting your device if not.
As TL say they can't currently recover the items, if 50 gems is not enough to refund you, e-mail TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com). Bear in mind that it might take them some time to get back to you, so be patient!

Only the door is back, what about the tiles, wall and wall decor ?
and I have NOT been credited with 50 gems !!!!

Just lost all my custom flooring.
At 5000 a tile, I dont know if I can afford to redo it.
19 x 22 tiles = 418 x $5000 is $20,900 in tokens !! !
