game not saving

My game is not saving when i exit .. am i suppose to do it manully. I play zoo,fashion andfarm story and they are not saving plz help...

Is it happening on all your games, what device do you use. Have you tried visiting a nbr before you switch off. Try and give some more details if you can and examples of what happens and when.

Try restarting your device. If still problems, delete the games and redownload them from the app store.

If still issues, please advise the device you play on and its version

For example I play on Iphone 4 5.0 IOS version
