I did receive 50 gems but that does not cover my lost wallpaper, and then there is the decorations and flooring. Is everything lost for good?

I just tried to put down new flooring. coins were subtracted but no flooring shows up. this was the case for stored and new floor tile. also, collectibles have greatly slowed down. I used to get a lot while tipping neighbors and cooking. This morning hardly any show up. Is this a new rate of collectibles or another part of the problem?

The issue with not be able to put down new floor is currently being looked into.

I have lost so many decorations that 50 gems will never cover. How do I get my stained glass windows back? Also when trying to order for specials like mad hadder can not get to thru then bs hunts me down when on another app.(not knowing it's bs) asking for for password goes thru but no decoration. Sometimes billed and no gems? I have written emails and I get no answers. Where can I find answers to all these problems I have had with bs?
