View Full Version : No floor and door!!

Hihi, I was unable to open my Restaurant Story game for the past 4 hrs. Now that I can finally access my game, the door and floor has disappeared so my customers are unable to come into my shop. Pls help ASAP, thanks!

Try restarting your device, and even deleting and reinstalling. Your progress is saved on TLs servers, you won't lose anything.

Same! I couldn't get into RS at all this morning so uninstalled Halloween and could then enter my old version, but no floor or door!

That happens too me too:
Since last night my door, floor and wallpapers are lost.
No customers are coming into my bakery story and also in my restaurant.
What's the matter with that?

This happened to my gf's RS as well...She could not start her game for 10min...
When she was finally able to start RS, it looked as if her restaurant is outdoors....tiles are gone, only grass left =.=

My game was fine till I expand it....
now....no server/floor/door/wall papers/customers =/

i did a hard reset on my ipad. it did not work....

hard reset- did not work
delete then reinstall app - did not work, either.

The door disappear no customers can come. The wall paper and floor tile disappear too !!

I too lost my floor and walls. Could not get in the game for hours last night either. Any ideas?

Same here ! The floors are restored but my floors cost a lot and none of my wall decor has been put back ! I also deleted the game n reset it ! 50 gems doesn't begin to replace all that is lost ??? The floors have been replaced with the standard floors that come with beginning the game !!

okay are you talking about not having your wallpaper, floor tiles, and floor and wall decorations? Or are you missing your entire wall and floors?

Yep, I'm talking about my floortiles, and wallpaper and the wall deco I had up is all still missing. I have a wall and floors just not what I had before.

Short answer: because the situation has changed somewhat, and we may be able to recover a large number of these items for everyone at once instead of manually, painstakingly, and over a long period of time.

Until TL is able to do this, your floors and walls will stay on the ones that are there. You can change them to suit what you would like to see, until they can get everything back. If you had purchased any with gems, and the 50 gem compensation did not cover all the purchases, then you would need to email support@teamlava.com and let them know what you had purchased before.
