Can anyone help? I'm new to team lava games and I can't purchase gems anymore. I've placed a few orders, but now keep getting message that says "purchase failed. Try again."

Umm, don't be offended by this question but is your credit card still good?

Not offended, and yes, positive card is fine. Used it just the other day to purchase gems.

This sometimes can occur if you're using a weak or unstable connection. Are you connecting through 3G/4G or Wifi?

3g, I'll check on wi-fi connection.

Wi-fi is turned on as well and have a strong signal. Any other suggestions?

This happened to me too,(and yes my credit card was fine too..lol). I deleted the game and redownloaded it from the app store.
(I am on iphone 4).
This cleared whatever problem I had.


If you are on idevice you can try syncing to itunes and also a hard restart(hold down on/off button and home button at same time)
Keep holding until you see the apple sign(ignore the red slider button).
Let it reboot, then see if this fixed the issue.
