Hi if you email support@teamlava.com, they will help you.
You need to state why you wish to change, and give 3 or 4 choices for a new storm ID.

You probably want to bear in mind that Support (support@teamlava.com) (or their Helpdesk (support.teamlava.com) may choose not to change it though:).
