How can I get the witchcat? Several nbrs got it for installing fs Halloween I installed it but didn't get it?

I was already on FS Halloween since last week & yesterday a pop up box came up saying -

Witch cat is a gift from FS halloween. And it was there in my inventory. But it did not happen in my other device. Wonder

This is correct. If you receive the pop-up but not the item, you can email Support and they should help you out.
And yes, all of these items should be available at a later date.

I emailed, but they didn't send me one. I'm not getting the gem pop up for the feast table, which is luck of the draw, but I can't buy one. Every time I buy it, it says I'm out of sync, and it disappears. I'm on iPad, latest version of IOS and farm. I've tried rebooting. I've tried to buy in both normal farm, and Halloween, and same thing in both. Anything else I can try?

Of the normal troubleshooting options, I'd say only syncing with iTunes on your PC:).

Synced with PC instead of the new iCloud nonsense and seems to have fixed it

I'm on IOS and didn't get any of the free offers for downloading Halloween version. TL I don't think that's what Android players meant when they said they wanted things to be equal (and they should be for all players IOS and Android).

So anyway I sent support an email asking why I hadn't received my witchcat from the download and get a witchcat free link and they told me that they couldn't give them away anymore and I was welcome to purchase one from the store. Um... So they are not going to honor their original offer, just go with a bait and switch.
