Halloween updates

Hey all I play on my touch. I don't have any of the new recipes for Halloween such as the brownies and coffee etc. Are we getting this update too or is it for certain device users only? Thnx.

These items will be in either a new Halloween game or a manual update in itunes. No set time has been announced for the release.
