Advice please

Hi
Since downloading the Halloween version my
Game is running really slow. When tipping neighbours
And I leave message on wall it takes forever to
Go up. It gets stuck on processing for sometimes
5 mins and it makes tipping neighbours very long winded!!
Also when getting the collectables I've noticed that as
Move on to next neighbour I'm missing a fish slice and they are
Hard to come by. I'm playing on iPhone4 

Try restarting your device, and even syncing with iTunes. Clearing the cache in Safari may help as well.

For me, the collectibles that pop out either stay on when I go to the next neighbor, or are credited to the bar on the top. Are yours not automatically going to it?

I clear the cache everyday but will try the restart. Can't sync with iTunes laptop broke

Regarding the collectables I have to collect each one. When I finished tipping a neighbour I had 5 fish slices but moved on to next and I only had 4 and it went on like that so had to redeem them before I lost anymore.

You're welcome. You can also try deleting and reinstalling one or both versions (your progress is saved on TLs servers). Even if you delete just one game (say the original version) you can always download it later, and still be at the same place you've been.
