Expanding

It said I could expand after I had 7 friends. As soon as I made 7 friends the option for expanding disappeared. So, is this just a trick. Now I have to have 10 friends to expand?? Once I make 10 friends or 20 friends is that option going to disappear as well and not allow me to expand unless I pay for it with coins or gems? Not fair if that is the case. :(. I hope I just overlooked something!! :(

It takes a certain number of nbrs to unlock the option to purchase and then you need to purchase. There isn't any way of not spending coins or gems to expand

You need to have both neighbors and coins to expand. Once you reach the neighbor requirement, the coin option will show up.
